Once your order is complete -

Print a copy of your Custom Musician Bracelet order confirmation and mail to us with your strings to 30 Forest St., Providence, RI 02906.
Ship using a USPS trackable/insured method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Upon receipt of the strings and order confirmation, your new bracelet will be sent to Production.
