Your bracelet goes through two production phases. First, the strings from your selected musician are tagged with your size and order number. From there, they are sent to our local manufacturer for assembly and polishing. Because we make each and every piece by hand, it can take up to 14 days before your bracelet ships. You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as your bracelet ships!

When my original shipment came in the mail, I was so excited - I put the bracelet on right away. Much to my dismay the next day it was gone. I couldn't find it anywhere. I was so upset. I contacted the company to tell them, (hoping for a discount on a new bracelet) and they replaced it, free of charge! Amazing! I have been wearing it for 2 weeks straight, and have no plans to take it off.
