Your cuff goes through two production phases. First, the string from your selected musician is tagged with your size and order number. From there, it is sent to our local manufacturer for assembly and polishing. Because we make each and every piece by hand, it can take up to 14 days before your cuff ships. You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as your cuff ships!

I got the wrong cuff. I had thought I ordered a Rob Thomas cuff to finish my collection of his jewelry but I got a Matchbox 20 one (not sure how it happened because I’d never been to the bands part of the website. I think it was from following the sale email link. Unfortunately I didn’t check the confirmation receipt they sent for a few days and they had already sent the incorrect one. The cuff I wanted is no longer on sale and they didn’t offer an exchange. So I’ll be getting a refund. Not sure when or if I’ll be able to get the cuff now. Stupid Canadian to US exchange rate.
